Data driven leadership in the development and validation of novel BioAnalytical methods to support diverse compounds including Gene Therapy Products, Multi-Specific Antibodies and Pegylated Compounds.Conducting non-cell and cell-based immunoassays for complex scientific projects on various platforms like ECL-MSD, ELISA, and Luminex to assess ADA, NAb, and PK drug activity. Sample testing, qualification and validations for analytical and immunological assays supporting clinical and non-clinical studies, including, but not limited to, ELISA, ELISPOT, flow cytometry, MSD, ligand-binding assays, and PK assays.

Developing single cell platforms to unlock a key bottleneck in immunotherapy, enabling curative treatment. We are building a super high-throughput microfluidic based technology to pull down tumor specific TCR. Established lentivirus transfection system to engineer Jurkat T cells with tumor specific TCR (NY-ESO) which is a key important step for the POC. Finished the first milestone within three months. Built up ELISA screen system to measure the cytokine bulk production by engineered T cell clones. Applied FACS technology immediately to the cytokine capture frequency assay of engineered T cell clones. Finished the second milestone within two months. Quickly learned single T cell DNA sequencing technology which can be used for the following third milestone. Meanwhile, maintained various cancer, T cell lines and human PBMC derived primary B, T, DC cell isolation and culture for different groups’ needs. Developed a breakthrough method via droplet encapsulation of cytokine capture, using fluorescently labeled detection antibodies.

Antibody discovery group using B-cell isolation. Sera titration, cell fusion, selection and expanding mAB. ELISA based assay and Flow Cytometry for screening and characterization. Molecular cloning and basic sequencing analysis using IMGT and BLAST.

Performed quality control testing and troubleshooting of a wide variety of immunoassay and biochemical products: ELISA, enzymatic activity assay, western blot cocktails, immuno-precipitation, and flow cytometry reagents.Worked collaboratively with management and quality teams to produce process documentation for ISO9001 certification. Provided assistance with training and guidance to increase team capabilities.SimpleStep ELISA product development and validation, with a contribution of approximately 20+ assays per year. Provide target and literature evaluation as part of the antibody-pair development pipeline processes for new ELISA products. Contributed to workplace environmental health and safety as area safety officer for the R&D laboratories.

The University of Oregon Solar Radiation Monitoring Lab (UO SRML) is a regional solar radiation data center. The goal of our lab is to provide high quality solar resource data for planning, design, deployment, and operation of solar electric facilities in the Pacific Northwest. Creating the long-term solar radiation data set requires persistence, maintenance of high standards, and an effort to educate people on the importance of a solar radiation. One of the main goals of our lab is to disseminate regional solar irradiance data to the public.
