Focus on capacity and capability building within the community, focusing on children and family.Since 2018, Impact Malaysia revamped and started to allign our activities and focus based on the sustainable development goals (SDGs) Primarily focusing on :1. SDG 1 - No Poverty - Financial Education as the first line of defence. Focused Entrepreneurship & Skills to lift community from poverty2. SDG 3 - Good health - Focuses on Mental Health and Rehabilitation3. SDG 13 - Climate Action - Addressing the lack of awareness and the need for more commitment from stakeholders to collectively address climate change4. SDG 17 - Partnerships for the goals - Collective partnership both nationally and globally will accelerate the impact of initiatives.

PHCDC is the state human capacity and capability building arm. Started off as consultant and now been appointed as the centers Director of Industry Relations, focusing on developing synergestic relationship with the various industries in Perak.The focus is to build talent pipeline for the industries as well as developing & nurturing the people of Perak to be high skilled workforce. PHCDC have been on the forefront of introducing Industry 4.0 to the industries in Perak since 2017. We have conducted almost 50-60 training and industry engagement programs since then with various industry partner.Being under the umbrella of the bigger Federation of Malaysian Skill Development Center (FMSDC), we are able to leverage on the collective expertise of 13 skill development centers nationwide focusing on making Malaysia's workforce a highly skilled workforce.Leading the Industry portfolio allows me to be on the ground discussing with various people both from C-Level and working group to understand the needs and better identify the gap.Having successfully rolled out several statewide programs and been instrumental in ensuring PHCDC awarded as the Center for Excellence for Technology - IR4.0 in year 2017 by the Human Resource Ministry.

Pursuing our dreams of making the world a greener place. Innovating to create our very own SPARK fuel that powers combustion engines (Vehicles / Generators) using water as the main component. Reduces fossil fuel consumption up from 10-15% and greenhouse gases down by 90%. SIRIM approved.

Appointed as Member of Industrial Advisory Panel by the School of Engineering of Taylors Lakeside Campus on 2014 and reappointed again in 2017.Together with other industry members, we periodically review the curriculum and advise on the relevance to the industry needs and expectations. Taylor's management were proactive in ensuring deep industry participation across the engineering programs to create world class talents. Was able to provide insights from various perspective, education, technology, entrepreneurship, greentech etc.

While in University, I realized that Malaysian graduates and undergraduates lack the know how and edge to compete with the global market in various industry, not because we are unqualified but because we are trained to be this way.Graduated as Mechanical Engr.(Hons) from Uniten and realized that this must change. One way of changing this is through cultivating entrepreneurship. MoneyTree is a company that envisioned of creating A Malaysian Mark Zuckerberg, or the next Malaysian Larry Page. MoneyTree strives to train undergraduates to think and believe that through proper support and guidance, any form of start up could be highly scalable and has the potential to be the next facebook.I can not be at any where better than Moneytree because MoneyTree is in line with my goal which is to empower more youths to be able to reach for their dreams and make a difference.In MoneyTree, we make things Happen!Live like everyday is your last.
