Over 19 years of my career with diverse work experience, I have always wanted to be helping others shape their career. When I got the right opportunity to work for a Recruiting/Staffing firm way back in 2005, it was a dream come true for me. Felt like my past experiences was just the perfect mix to take up this career. Ever since, I have been thru various phase of the recruiting/staffing world and today, I head the in Country and Global operations for Aleron and SDI.Aleron is a leader in talent workforce management and outsourcing services.
