Intensive experience of more than 7 years as a Block Program Manager in Jharkhand State Livelihood Promotion Society (JSLPS), Rural Development Department, Government of Jharkhand under National Rural Livelihood Mission by managing women Self Help Groups of tribal women in remote villages and liasioning with other government departments to accomplish the goals set by the mission.I completed M.A.R.D and B.Tech and my interest lies in working with rural communities for a sustainable up lift in their living standard especially among small land owner tribal farmers by implementing, planning and budgeting which contribute in addressing the current challenges of food and nutritional insecurity among the vulnerable, especially women and children of rural zones of India. My profile not only helps me to perform for the above said but also gives me an opportunity to help in reducing the problem of unemployment through the policies and projects of RDD, GOJ for making the rural space economically vibrant and prosperous.In last 7 years working in tribal belts of Jharkhand and demonstrated successful implementation and scaling-up of market-linked livelihood prototypes in agriculture, natural resource management forest based livelihoods and livestock, their capacity building of tribal small landholder farmers through various types of trainings. Promotion of producer’s collectives, helping them achieve market competitiveness and good internal governance sums up my keen interest in the agribusiness sector. Integrating gender perspective in agriculture-based livelihoods is another area of my experience and interest. I worked extensively with tribal rural women’s collectives promoting and nurturing them and leading them through livelihood promotion projects.I define myself as versatile, analytical and hard working Rural Development Professional with practical hands on approach, and always persevere to achieve the best results. Able to plan need base activities, budgeting, to assist in implementation, collect and analyse information, digest facts/figures for monitoring and evaluation purpose and quickly grasp complex technical issues. Excellent negations and problem solving skills and swiftly identifies the root of any problem and develops an effective solution, ability to the highest standard, with a meticulous attention to detail and within agreed deadlines. In my later years in leadership positions helped me gain rich exposures of working with multiple stakeholders, especially government bureaucrats and other CSOs.
