Project management, railway engineering and technical consulting - 25 years.As a founder and sole director of Interface Rail Engineering (IRE) established in 2005, I lead an experienced team of rail specialist project managers, engineers, technical advisors and field-based personnel providing project management, engineering, surveillance, condition assessment and technical advisory services to rail organisations all over Australia.I have over 25 years of experience in planning and managing delivery of complex greenfield and brownfield rail projects in India and Australia. My experience includes managing multiple rail projects and large rail teams working through different stages of rail projects under stringent time, space, operations and budget constraints. For most of the last 15 years, I have worked extensively as a clients' representative on rail projects in Australia managing projects from initiation to completion.
