My role has encompassed a wide range of responsibilities, each contributing to my professional development.Working in R&D Department to get Agricultural UAV (Medium Category ) DGCA Type Certification.• I have been deeply involved in CAD designing and GD&T of Agricultural UAVs, ensuring precision and adherence to design specifications. Additionally, I have played a pivotal role in validating designed components through extensive analysis using advanced FEA software such as Ansys, 3DExperience Simulia, and Solidworks Simulation. This involved conducting analyses including linear static, durability/fatigue, harmonic response, and modal analysis to ensure the structural integrity and performance of our products.• I have been responsible for material selection for UAV components, meticulously evaluating and choosing the most suitable materials based on factors such as durability, weight, and cost- effectiveness. I have also been instrumental in developing comprehensive Quality Assurance/Quality Control process documents to uphold stringent quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.• I have contributed to designing manufacturing and assembly unit layouts, optimizing workflow efficiency and productivity. Collaborating closely with vendors and manufacturers, I have ensured quality assurance and negotiated favorable terms, fostering strong partnerships.• I have led prototyping initiatives using cutting-edge techniques such as FDM 3D printing, CNC cutting, CNC pipe bending, rotomoulding, and vacuum casting, facilitating rapid iteration and refinement of designs.• I have played a key role in creating engaging digital content for social media and marketing purposes, effectively showcasing the innovation and capabilities of Airbots Aerospace.

Being Part of Formula Student Team I was involved in designing and fabricating Space Frame, suspension system, steering system, components, body panels for Open wheel formula student car. Software used to design and optimize design are Solidworks and Hypermesh.

I was engaged in designing and fabricating suspension system for open wheel formula student vehicle under formula student team, Team Infinity Racers. Software used to work out the project are Lotus Shark, Optimum kinetics for suspension optimization and analysis Solidworks for Designing the components and assembling the suspension system.

● Operate Computer-Aided Design (CAD) system to resize or modify designs.● Generate computer record of artwork for use in producing plates used in manufacturingdie boards.● Review work order and procedural manuals to determine critical dimensions of design.● Calculate figures to convert design dimensions to resizing dimensions specified for subsequent production processes, using conversion chart and calculator.
