Current• Identity Provisioning: Manage the end-to-end process of provisioning user accounts, including creating, modifying, and disabling accounts across multiple systems and platforms.• Troubleshooting and resolving access management and provisioning workflow errors.• Creating, modifying, deleting or transferring User IDs and groups and support password management.• understanding of cryptographic concepts, PKI (Public Key Infrastructure).• knowledge of identity governance principles, concepts, and best practices.• Familiarity with role-based access control (RBAC) concepts and implementation.• Familiarity with Cybersecurity and Incident response management.• Skilled in creating process docs & procedures as per the organization standard.• Skilled in health check governance activities (Reconciliation check, Orphan user check, Service policy enforcement check disallowed & non-compliant accounts check.• Managed and executed Quarterly Continuous Business Need (CBN) for all the existing Roles.• Strong understanding of authentication protocols, directory services (e.g., LDAP, Active Directory), and single sign-on (SSO) technologies.• Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS, etc., and their implications for identity and access management.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.• Determining which user’s IDs are in the team's scope (Employment verification, Re-validation, Quarterly CBN).• By ensuring a proactive and attentive approach, improved the quality of the task assigned and effectively tackled the challenges that arose.• Ensured seamless transition by minimizing downtime and user disruption.• Acted as a CAR Coordinator for assigning CAR questions to the relevant assignee.
