With over 18 years of experience in the legal field, I have developed a strong expertise in corporate law, commercial contracting, mergers & acquisition’s, real estate , dispute resolution and litigation management. I am passionate about delivering value to the business by providing strategic legal advice, managing complex contracts and transactions, resolving disputes and litigations, and ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations. I also support the company's social responsibility and environmental sustainability initiatives.
