Navya Reddy is a Technology Rotational Development Associate at Northern Trust Corporation. Colleagues describe her as "I had the opportunity to manage Navya and four other UIC sprinterns through a three week long internship at Northern Trust in support of 'Break Through Tech'. During that time Navya helped facilitate communication between the sprinterns, Northern Trust, and UIC advisors. She took on a leadership role within the team and helped set the project up for success through the valuable feedback provided. Navya used the opportunities provided to ask questions and learn from business leaders and I look forward to her contributions to Northern Trust as a member of the Technology Rotational Development Program."
