CurrentAt Zonka Feedback, I am responsible for the following activities:-Qualifing leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities-Contacting potential clients through calls and emails-Presenting our Zonka Feedback to potential clients-Identifying client needs and suggest appropriate products/services-Customizing product solutions to increase customer satisfaction-Building long-term trusting relationships with clientsTools I operate with: Apollo.io, Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, Reply.io, Microsoft Suite, Google Suite etc.Zonka Feedback is a Powerful Customer Surveys & Product Feedback Platform. It enables you to create and customize stunning surveys and feedback forms and measure CX metrics like NPS, CES and CSAT. Also, helps you take feedback on multiple channels - In-Product, In-App, Email, SMS, Website, Kiosks and Tablets.
