I have completed MBA in Operations and HR from Symbiosis University, complementing my earlier academic foundation, which includes a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from NIE, Mysuru & an ADMCP from C-DAC, GIST, Ahmedabad.Currently, I lead impactful projects at TTK Prestige, India’s largest kitchen appliance and cookware brand. Key accomplishments include spearheading the implementation of the V-CARE CRM software, Prestige Care CRM software, RPA automations for Invoice Billing. Additionally, I have successfully implemented mobile apps, SAP integrations with software application, worked on SFA systems.As a team member, I contributed to the development of a high-performance SAP HANA database, reducing costs and mitigating risks.
