As a rising senior majoring in Marketing at Rutgers Business School, my academic journey is driven by a passion for understanding consumer behavior and cultivating effective leadership skills. I strive to integrate creative marketing strategies with strategic management approaches to lead teams and drive organizational success. My long-term vision involves establishing my own marketing firm and engaging in entrepreneurial ventures, leveraging the comprehensive skill set gained from my academic and professional experiences.Currently, I am a Marketing & Sales Intern at Better Trends LLC, where I work closely with the managerial and marketing teams to curate a website from scratch, study sales trends, and optimize product listings on major retail platforms such as Target.com, Wayfair.com, and Walmart.com. Additionally, I guide social media efforts to enhance the brand’s presence and engagement. This role has allowed me to develop a keen understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce, and strategic sales management. Alongside my internship, I serve as the President of the Desi Intercultural Youth Association (DIYA) at Rutgers, where I coordinate internal logistics, conduct weekly meetings, and manage various teams. As Co-VP of Product Marketing Fellowship at Rutgers Blueprint, I conduct weekly meetings, delegate work to Educational Directors, recruit and train them, and ensure fellows learn product marketing effectively. Previously, I was a Graphic Designer for NJ Naach, where I designed logos, merchandise, and social media posts, and participated in event planning and execution. Additionally, as a Bubble On Campus Ambassador at Rutgers University, I fulfill mandatory tasks, create product videos and posts, raise awareness about Bubble products, and participate in events.Through these roles, I have gained practical experience in sales, marketing, product marketing, brand management, and leadership. These experiences have equipped me with the skills necessary to navigate and innovate within the dynamic business landscape, bringing me closer to my entrepreneurial goals.
