Completed his Master’s degree in Electronics (1987), M.Tech IIT Kharagpur (1988), Master’s in Defence and Strategic Studies (from International Defence Services Staff College– Wellington 2004), Business Management Program at IIM- Indore (2011). Previous assignments include, Senior Vice President and Project Head – Knowledge Process Outsourcing at Navoinformatica, Bangalore, (Feb 14 – Nov 15) Head office based at Dubai. Also executed projects for multinational organisations based at GCC countries in HR Advisory and Outsourcing, Organisational Development plan, Learning and Development, Knowledge Management, Performance Management, Executive level leadership and behavioural mentoring and coaching, Organisational Behaviour (OB) studies, Employee engagement etc. Served for 2 years as General Manager (Training) at TVS group Chennai (Feb 12 – Jan 14) running various technical and corporate programs. He served for 23 years (Feb 89 –Jan 12) in the Indian Navy (Commander) in Learning and Development strategic and tactical planning.

As General Manager (Training) with TVS group company; was involved in coordination of technical and behavioral skill training to work force from Blue collar to Senior Executives. Skill training also includes design aspects of Value selling, Effective sales tracking, Value chain, Sales and Service documentation procedures to name a few. Notable clients includes; not restricted to – Motorola, MRF, Nokia, Triveni Turbines, Orchid Pharma, Asahi glass, etc. and almost all TVS group companies. Coordination, consultancy & implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) to various process and product industries viz TVS Group companies, JSW Steel etc. Actively involved with Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Sector Skill Council (SSC) Madras Management Association (MMA) and National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) in skill development and effective implementation of National Occupational Standards (NOS).Achieved tangible results in the field of Knowledge Management through simplified and systematic approach, thereby improving the performance of the staff in matching up to the organizational objectives.
