MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:• Operation and maintenance Ufone (Huawei) 3G Sites of Islamabad (North I) region.• Commissioning of New Cell Sites and Maintenance of Old Cell Sites. • Operating on Dual GSM Band (900/1800). • Working on Huawei RTN Transmission 910,950,980 for 3G/LTE network transmission.• Correcting VSWR Faults of 2G and 3G Sites.• Troubleshoot 3G Transmission issues and Looked after the daily RSL outages.• Preventive maintenance of RNC, Datacom, 3G rectifier on monthly bases.• Installation and Troubleshooting of Huawei 3G cards.• Check and resolve Power related issues of 3G sites.• Maintained & managed 400 plus PTML 3G sites (Node B, MW, Rectifiers, Gensets).• Preventive Maintenance Schedule /Audit/Team Performance Analysis/Material arrangement, on monthly Request.• Coordination with Implementations team for PAT FAC and final acceptance of 3G sites.• Have knowledge about BTS equipment.
