RESEARCH PROJECT- Managed intervention study on improving social skills of preschool children that comprised organising schedule of over 70 participants, implementing 150 intervention sessions, and tracking expenditure- Supervised training of over 10 undergraduate research assistants in recruiting participants and conducting experiments, as well as data coding - Analysed quantitative data using SPSS/R and qualitative interviews with NVivo for graduate researchTEACHING (Psychology Department)- Taught up to 80 students during weekly tutorials as teaching assistant for undergraduate module on social psychology- Prepared teaching materials, graded assessments and conducted invigilation duties

MAJOR RESEARCH PROJECTS1) Singapore Longitudinal EArly Development Study (SG LEADS)- Completed tender procurement for first wave of panel survey and drafted core panel questionnaire with over 8 PIs for longitudinal study on early childhood development valued at $8.5 million- Administered pre-test questionnaire and child assessments, as well as determined sampling frame requirements for panel survey 2) Demographic and Family Changes in Southeast Asia- Co-authored book documenting trends in marriage, fertility and household structures, and its corresponding changes in child health & education outcomes, in Southeast Asia over 50 years - Analysed secondary data derived from national statistical offices and public data resources, such as the World Bank, United Nations, and IPUMS InternationalRESEARCH COMMUNICATIONS- Executed over 100 events consisting of seminars, workshops and conferences, and created & curated content publicising Centre's research on pressing family and population issues - Developed the conference programme as organiser & secretariat for the International Sociological Association (ISA) conference on Changing Demography and Families attended by over 300 attendees

- Conducted literacy assessments and behavioural observations of students with learning difficulties in mainstream primary schools - Organised response coding for scoring literacy and phonological assessments which was adopted by team of educational psychologists - Devised empirically-based strategies for managing children with social difficulties and utilised as teaching resources in primary schools

- Developed individualised education program (IEP) goals for students with low-functioning autism to address their specific behavioural needs and learning abilities- Taught students self-help skills that address ADL, numeracy, and socio-emotional well-being- Responsible for classroom/behavioural management and monitoring students' development
