  • I oversee the governance of project management operations, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic goals and objectives. I am responsible for the development of the PMO governance framework and necessary templates, driving process improvements, and developing standards and procedures.• Over the years, I have led the execution of approximately 100 IT projects per year and managed an IT budget of around 10 million dollars per year. I am responsible for projects prioritization, portfolio alignment and approvals, and managing the demand cycle from requirements, budgeting, and capacity planning.• To ensure effective communication and coordination between different projects, I streamlined communication with project managers and identified dependencies. I also prepared and distributed portfolio dashboards to management and reported any deviations while working on remediation.• Furthermore, I liaise with top management, finance, procurement, vendors, and business units to ensure alignment and support for successful project delivery.
