As a Business Intelligence lead, I was responsible for leading global business information architecture services organization for Wyndham Worldwide Corp. which included but not limited to; program management, solution architecture, people management ( 67 ), budget management and maintaining enterprise wide road-map for target state architecture & execution.► Primarily responsible for solution architecture, implementation and operation of Data Services Platform; resulted in integrating with 1900 distinct business application and used by 30,000 users (Internal & External) worldwide► Lead the enterprise integration & information management program that was responsible for consolidation of 5 BI Platform, & 600+ Data Interfaces to a unified platform; resulting in an annual saving of $3 million. A critical sub-project for this implementation was to accelerate divestiture & Market (Financial) reporting ► Lead the re-design of Global Booking & Reservation Distribution System (GDS ) system – Data Warehouse that serviced 25% of global hotel industry and contributed to 1.1B sales transaction for Wyndham World Wide; resulting in dramatically improving 3rd party integration and inventory accuracy to 99.9%.► Serviced as a Chief of Data Architect in partnership with business unit leads to promote trends, best practices and use of data, resulting in identifying tangible use-cases leading to value added business solutions.

Responsible for leading Global Oracle ERP implementation that supported $2.4B annual revenue company engaged in book publishing & selling. Program which included but not limited to; technology architecture design, implementation, data conversion from legacy ERP, Interface development, reporting, team management (80+), and implementation budget exceeding $15M.► Primarily responsible for architecting & developing Oracle ERP Technology road-map and leading end-to-end technical track (Technology & RICE Development) ► Developed and Implemented a plan for comprehensive Order-To-Cash – Supply Chain & Logistics management system for over 9 business unit 54 business functions throughout the globe. The project was successfully completed three months earlier then scheduled and on budget. Resulted in a unified supply chain and real-time visibility into key business function i.e (Order Management, Financial, procurement, Shipping & Warehouse Management)► Served as a Chief of ERP Architect in working with Technology Vendors, Implementation Partners, steering committees, IT leadership Team, and business leaders to deliver functionality and services while maintaining program outcome.► Preformed integrations and migration of legacy systems by developing solutions and reusable framework for migrating data to target ERP system

Developed a content management software platform designed to integrate content across scientific databases system. As a founding member, responsible for architecting and developing the platform. Successful Exist - Asset was acquired by Scientific Software Inc (SCISW.COM).

As an ERP Technology Lead , I led the full end-to-end implementation of a global supply chain system (Oracle ERP). My responsibilities included strategic planning, design, project oversight, and global change management. This project spanned 64 countries and included multi-language support, multi-organization support, and multi-currency support to manage 200 product lines worldwide.
