Coordinating between project team, customers, vendors and site’s BAU team to make sure there is no down time or interference to the normal business running due to the scheduled project work. Working with Data Centre Change Management system and E-Permit System to get approval for permission to work within the critical area or on support system. Preparing Safe System of Work (SSOW) and coordinating for planned shutdown/isolation to critical equipment for project work.Logging, tracking, managing, and coordinating project activities and updating project progress to site team and all relevant parties.

Controlling of Engineering Activities with regard to H&S , business risk and maintain 100% down time.Ensuring all critical plants are in good working order and any abnormality or malfunction operations are dealt with proficiently.Managing and controlling Epermit Systems and Safe System of Work and monitoring specialist service providers/contractors activities to ensure site's H&S rules are followed and stay in RAM and comply with agreed SLAs. Ensuring that sepcialist service providers worksheets are signed off, quality of works are inspected and any recommendations/problems are escalated/dealt with.Allocate PPMs to engineering team appropriately and ensure all of them are completed in allocated time and set standards in SLA. Update plant records and assets as and monitor any remedial/reactive/corrective works' progress.Ownership of inspection logs for H&S Statutory Plants/Equipments/Systems to ensure QA processes are maintained and auditable.
