As an intern at the museum I worked in the library under the supervision of the head librarian, Robyn Conroy. During my time at the museum I worked on entering information into Past Perfect and at times did some conservation copying.

At the library my duties are to help put the books back on the shelves, check out books to the patrons, shelf read to make sure the books are in order and at times help the students find books, articles and journals. Students are expected to help in the up keeping of the library which include dusting and cleaning the bookshelves, tables and work stations.

As a supervisor I oversaw the student workers. I made sure that they finished the assigned projects that they were given and checked to see if the projects were done satisfactorily. Other duties that I had were to charge/discharge books that were brought to the desk; handled fees and any issues, to the best of my ability, which should arise that had to do with the library. I also closed up the library at the end of the night.
