• Maintaining weekly Inventory for Warehouse Stocks.• Monitoring Stock Movements & arranging stock transfers to Showrooms.• Sending enquiries to suppliers and preparing LPO’s and entering in the system.• Handling Petty cash and preparing Stock reports for Management.• Posting & updating new contents on company’s E-commerce website on regular basis.• Monitoring daily sales and reconciling reports in system for all the branches.

• Making Invoices, Quotations and Follow ups with Suppliers/Customers.• Preparing Payroll of the company.• Sending enquiries to suppliers and preparing LPO’s.• Handling accounts and preparing reports for management and auditors.• Controlling cash and credit transactions of the company.• Maintain and deal company bank account details and information for management.• Monitoring Purchase and Sales department activities.• Coordinate with executive management and clients to organize meetings and correspondences.• Coordinate with different departments.
