Performed automotive testing according to the CISPR25, ISO 11452 series, ISO 10605 tests

 Conducted Emission test as per CISPR 16-2-1, CISPR 22, CISPR 11, and CISPR 14-1. Handled CE 102, CS 101 and RE 102 as per MIL STD 461 E. Carried out Radiated Emission test as per CISPR 16-2-3, CISPR 22, CISPR 14-1, and CISPR 11. Immunity testing as per IEC 61000-4-2, IEC 61000-4-4, IEC 61000-4-5, and IEC 61000-4-11. Radiated Immunity test as per IEC 61000-4-3 and Conducted Immunity Test as per IEC 61000-4-6. Carried out 16 point Calibration as well as 9 window method for Radiated Immunity. Involved in validation, verification of test equipments and antenna calibration etc. Harmonics & Flicker Emission test as per IEC 61000-3-2 & 61000-3-3. Independently handle/carried out EMI/EMC testing as per National/International standards like CISPR, IEC, FCC, and ANSI, ETSI. Strong knowledge of EMI/EMC testing methods and test setup. Strong Knowledge in waveform verification and Validation of all measuring instruments. Maintaining the test laboratory documents as per NABL. Maintaining the test Laboratory with National level Accreditation Quality management system procedure in accordance with NABL 17025:2005 Quality system. Responsible for the EMC compliance of systems and provide technical guidance, Review and analysis in areas related to EMC verification and validation. Strong Knowledge in Debugging the EMI/EMC failures Good Knowledge in Setting up for in-house EMC lab as per NABL 17025:2005. Involving with design team to achieve EMC Compliance of products and provided development assistance to the Customer. Ability to handle the test equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzer, signal generator, Antennas and other EMI/EMC testing related Equipments

• Testing and troubleshooting of different products of BEL as per Military and Commercial EMC standards(MIL-STD-461C/D/E/F)• Interaction with design teams to develop electromagnetically compatible products.• Performance measurement of Antennas and Anechoic chamber with time domain gating analysis.
