Through this tenure, I successfully lead overall operations in the store and create/deliver training to produce future managers, assistant managers, deputies, and area managers. Iceland Foods Ltd is a British supermarket chain headquartered in Deeside, North Wales. It has an emphasis on the sale of frozen foods, including prepared meals and vegetables.During my time at Iceland Foods, I developed store strategies to raise customers' pool, expand store traffic, and optimize profitability. I met sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to store staff. I maintained proper inventory levels, ensure stocking, implement purchasing plans, and maintain contact with suppliers to ensure maximum efficiency in meeting sales goals.
