About Nayaka Pidada

I graduated from Economic Accounting but have no working experience as accountant. My passion is more to marketing and I figured it out since I sold Batik door to door. Then I worked for Citibank Card Center as Senior Card Adviser and achieved The Most Valuable Sales in 2 months working. My property experience started when I applied as secretary in property consultant, PT. Rinjaya Cagar Sakti in 2007. I dealt with clients and Public Notary, and learnt a lot about agreements and property law in Indonesia. Although I changed my profession several times, in 2012 I worked for Chilcott Real Estate as administration officer. I was also recommended and worked as Business Development Manager in iProperty Indonesia, but it lasted for 2 months because I couldn't work and concentrate with 2 jobs in the same time. Then I became Rental Division agent and Office Supervisor. On April 2013, I joined with Bali Villas R Us as Reservation Supervisor. On November 2013 I joined as Sales and marketing Executive for Sunrise Property Bali. And now Sunrise Property Bali has transformed to Sunrise Bali Property, same contents, better attitude :)In 2016 I changed my job as personal assistant for Marcantonio Pinci (PT. P&A International Consulting) and Sayu Made Putri (PT. Bali Kayu Jati), until November 2018. But I still get freelance job to arrange permits and licenses from Marcantonio. I call this company, "Wong Bali Services".By end of 2018, I started working as General Administration for PT. Audio Visual Abadi. My role includes HRD, Administration, Accounting, Legal and Personal Assistant for Christian Johansson.On March 2019, I got an offer from my esteem friend, Mr. Hossein Salehi, to manage his villa (Villa Padi House). With 3 jobs at once, I'm not sure which industry I am in now. But I do believe that I am capable in multi-tasking :)
