Managing end to end QA for two projects1. Fixed Income Application : Front Office (5 members)It comprised of bouquet of applications used by Fixed Income portfolio managers to manage their funds on daily basis comprising of Fixed Income instruments based on Quantitative Model analysis. Responsible for End to End QA for both desktop & web applicationsKey Activities : Release testing - Functional & Regression, Automation Testing - Selenium & Test Complete for web & desktop apps. Non functional/Performance planning & testing, Release management, Resource Management.2. Equity Order Generation Tool (5 members)Primarily used by Portfolio managers for order management and analysis through trading system. Gives comprehensive overview of the Funds and related data with support for order placement using various techniques on both desktop and mobile platform. Responsible for End to End QA for both mobile and desktop applicationsKey Activities : Release testing, Non functional testing, Release management, Resource Management.
