This includes the support and delivery of projects to realise the strategic ambitions of the business. Responsibilities include: - Drive operational effectiveness, review performance and take remedial action where necessary to ensure the business is on track to deliver on its objectives, in particular regular reviews of actual performance vs. forecast (revenue and cost line items in the P&L) and pipeline health and management- Create and distribute meaningful and insightful analysis regarding commercial and strategy performance on a weekly, monthly and annual basis depending on the tactical and strategic needs of the business- Work with senior Partners of the business to lead and create board presentations to support the running of the business unit, including, but not limited to, annual business plan, communications, operating model and commercial reviews- Lead an operations team responsible for all aspects of the day to day running of the business and influencing different functions in the business successfully through a matrix management role (working with Finance, Resourcing, HR, Recruitment, Business development, Risk teams)- Work with business unit to implement strategic projects to support growth of the business e.g. implementation of new operating model, transition to new email system and implementation of new CRM system Show less
