- Design/review of Jacketed / Limpeted Presure Vessels, Reactor, Column, Heat Exchangers using std. design codes.- Prepare/review MDS based on input recieved from Process team.- Responsibility to review / comment in vendor's fabrication drawing and do submition. - Responsibility to review FEA report of consultant and give comments if any. - Interaction with inter-department i.e. rotary, piping, project, instrument, civil, engineering, technology etc. for project work.- To solve technical queries of vendor's- Review vendor's drawings for proprietors package items like Glass linned vessel, FRP(non metalic) vessels, Plate type HEX etc. and give comments on drawing before fabrication starts.- To do site visit at plant if required- To attend or arrange meeting with consultant/vendor's for queries resolution.- Handle team of 3 members

- Prepare strength calculations for cryogenic pressure vessels using manual excel for various ASME, EN, Japanese design codes.- Responsibility to review and check the fabrication, piping, supporting structure drawings etc. and do submision to client as well to the shop on time- Involve in kick of meeting before project starts- Responsibility to complete the project with all doc. submition with client's approval as per given timeline- Perform safety valve calculations manually, valve selections, prepare datasheet for other proprietary items used in project.- Perform piping stress analysis of pipe rout using Autopipe and submit report for client review/approval.- Software used : Autopipe, pv elite, codecale, compress, nozzle pro, ANSYS- Interaction with other department i.e. piping, project, instrumentation, procurement, production for project work- Responsibility to timely deliver doc. / drawings on time

- Preparing 3D model of Pharma equipments I.e. steam sterilizer (sq. / rectangular chamber), Isolators, columns, washer disinfactor etc. using creo software.- Arrangement of vacuum pumps, motor, boiler, sq. chambers, gear box, pneumatic valves, side panels, trolley on skid. And prepare its overall GAD & detail drawings.- Prepare GAD, p&id, floor layout etc. as per client requirement in AutoCAD.- Prepare / extract fabrication & piping drawings from 3D model. - Equipment developement & design for R&D- Prepare/track item code for every item job vise and do BOQ entry in ERP system.- To do excel calculations - Involve during FAT and take trail of machine after completing fabrication.

-Design of cryogenic heat exchangers for R&D project-Perform structural, thermal, CFD analysis for design validation-software use: Catia, AutoCAD, ANSYS -Perform hand calculation

- Use of electro pneumatic tube bending machine for bending boiler tubes / pipes- Prepare CAM program as per tube bend configuration - Manpower handling and manage workload on floor plan effectively- prepare contractor bill monthly basis as per tube bend quantity - Responsibility to handle fabrication work for windbox- Fabrication drawing review and alocation of work to subcontractor worker
