I am the Head of Training at Cliantha Academy, an educational initiative by Cliantha Research, a leading clinical research organization. I also lead the Training department with an eLearning system of Cliantha Research. I have over 15 years of experience in the clinical research industry, with a Diploma in Training and Development (Dip TD) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.My mission is to bridge the gap between academic output and industry expectations through vocational training. I design and deliver creative and interactive eLearning modules, train and manage a team of trainers, and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines such as Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and Good Laboratory Practice (GLP). I also have a strong background in quality assurance, having worked as a QA for 2.8 years. I have been recognized with multiple awards for my excellence and innovation in training and development, such as the National Award for Young Learning Leader and the Gujarat Top Training and Development Leader. I am passionate about learning and coaching, and I constantly seek new ways to enhance the skills and knowledge of my students and colleagues.
