Key roles:Responsible for the creation, implementation and improvement of consumer journey using marketing and sales funnel strategic (inbound marketing);Responsible for e-mail marketing database and personalised flows RD Station (similar to Hub Spot)Administration of Google My business, Google Analytics and Google Ads;Creating and editing landing pages;Briefing creation team to adapt the campaigns for each channel Successfully implement CRM software and CRM process from scratch, being one of the key managers of the project;This project management tasks included not only, but also:Meeting with managers and stakeholders in the organisation to ensure a seamless process flow from the customer’s initial contact to after-sell; Making sure CRM software(Dynamic Microsoft), website and business registration tool of students were all synced and connected and Google Analytics to make sure the accuracy of KPI’s;Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling services;Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing the right communication using personalised triggers online Ads, e-mail marketing and Social media;Conducting business reviews and presentation using CRM programs;Determining a course of action and communication to resolve customer problems, making sure each person would receive personalised content;Organise weekly meetings with the sales team and call centre team to adapt the scripts of calls and sales pitch;Organise meeting with IT team to align set up of platforms, making sure all process would continuously be running smoothly.
