1. Assist to prepare full sets of books and records of manufacturing functions. 2. Handle day-to-day accounting functions including cheque payments, bank reconciliation, month end closing and accounts reconciliation, accounts payable and accounts receivable, import & export collection & settlement.3. Perform duties such as data entry, prepare vouchers and invoice verification.4. Follow the documents flow of internal control and ensure proper recognition on purchase and sales.5. Prepare input in accounting software system.6. Prepare Incentive/Production bonus report.7. Assist Payroll management.8. Assist Cash management.9. Fixed Assets management.10. Assist Inventory Control, handle monthly system report, cycle count procedures, ensure accurate inventory status etc. 11. Perform ad-hoc assignment.

- Methods developments & analysis as a side of quality & quantity.- Operation breakdown, Operation Bulleting / Layout.- SMV calculation by time study.- 5s Implementation, Training, and Auditing.

- Supervising warehouse Staffs to reach targeted order preparation time.- Checking vendor bills, papers and posting it to finance.- Maintaining 5S every day.
