I am currently working as a distribution assistant since March 2022 for the company HMD Marketing Hoteleiro Eireli (Hoteleads), where I am mainly responsible for setting up hotels and online rates through the Omnibees channel; monitor and adjust room availability for daily and long-stay hotels on online (Omnibees and Airbnb channel) and offline (B2B, CMNET and SABER channel) sales portals; adjust and upload promotions and rates, among other functions.Previously, at Hplus Hotelaria, I worked as a front desk team leader, where I coordinated a team of 10 receptionists, set up work schedules, trained new employees and provided support and guidance. In addition, another of my attributions in this position was to coordinate events, where I was responsible for organizing and setting up the event areas, negotiating and contracting suppliers according to the needs of each client/event, budget control, suppliers, materials and payments for all contracted services. Before that, at the same company, I worked as a front desk for five years, where I was mainly responsible for guests' check-in and check-out, answering emails, covering demand in the office when necessary, shift auditing, doing translation into English for foreign guests, answering reservations, issuing invoices and guiding customers about their doubts and tourist attractions.
