The company comprises of several education brands like Zee Institute of Media Arts (ZIMA), Zee Institute of Creative Arts (ZICA), Kidzee, Mount Litera Zee School, etc. In my position, I am entrusted for:a) Zee Institute of Creative Art / Zee Institute of Media Arts (ZIMA): To launch ZICA-ZIMA's 'School of Animation, VFX, Graphic and Web Design' 'School of Film Making' and 'School of Journalism' in Kolkata, to establish them as a brand in East-Northeast India, to market the courses it offers and to facilitate student placement. b) Franchise Development / Operations: To support the Franchise Development Team for ZICA who are involved in developing a chain of animation/VFX training centers across East-Northeast India. ACTIVITY / RESPONSIBILITY / ACHIEVEMENTS: • I have significant knowledge and expertise of revenue generation through admissions originating from East/Northeast India, Bangladesh, Nepal and Bhutan. I worked both for Machino Group and later on exclusively headed its college ‘RTG Animate – Animation Academy’ which is the largest animation college in Eastern India (www.rtga.in). ACTIVITY / RESPONSIBILITY / ACHIEVEMENTS:• Worked closely with the Managing Director/Directors/Chairman from the Head Office and got hands-on expertise on how group of companies are monitored • Headed the largest animation institute in Eastern India• Enrolled, trained and placed over 600 students who are successfully working in the 2D/3D/ VFX animation sector• Headed a team of 20+ faculty members, marketers, counselors and administrative staffs. Faculty members included residents of USA, Ireland, Canada and UK.• Coordinated with the affiliating universities, West Bengal University of Technology (WBUT or MAKAUT) and Punjab Technical University (PTU). Coordinated with PTU and WBUT/MAKAUT to introduce 3-year B.Sc. Animation and played important role in framing the curriculum of the course.• Was the point person for RTG Animate’s collaboration with Birmingham Institute of Art and Design under Birmingham City University (formerly University of Central England), UK, and Griffith University, Australia.

Trans Quantum is a transcription company, mostly serving clients from the US.• Worked with hospitals based in the United States and transcribed files of numerous doctors working in the US who were from all across the globe. Thus I find it easy to understand foreign accents• Supervised and trained a small team

Career Computer Pvt. Ltd. was a pioneering transcription / education venture that offered young people to work in the same office after successful completion of their training. This company was later taken over by Excel Transcriptions, Salt Lake, Kolkata.
