It took me till my thirties to realise that if I don’t support nature the way I’ve supported people, then perhaps my children, and the generations that follow, won’t be able to experience the blessings of nature as I have.Maybe they won’t even have a place to call home.So I reflected. And I changed.Memories of playing in Japanese cherry blossoms as a child came flooding back; recalling swimming with dolphins, campfires in the woods, beautiful mountains, the gifts of the sea - taking them all for granted.As I write this, we’re working with many wonderful projects around the world enabling nature to thrive so the next generations can have similar experiences of connection as well. But they lack the funding they need.There’s also a wide range of investors who want to ‘go green’ but there are many barriers they face when trying to do so.To help with this, I co-founded Panicle. Our mission is to be a bridge that connects nature and people, which is why we’re pursuing ways to make nature more attractive to private investment.
