Eng.I am the Managing Director of Parallel Project Training, although most of my time is spent working with clients developing and delivering courses. I am an experienced project management practitioner with particular expertise in change programme management, risk management, earned value management and project management training development and delivery. In the past I have had the pleasure of managing the delivery of multi-million pound development programmes for clients such as Network Rail and Transport for London. In addition to recruiting and managing delivery teams I have particularly successful in obtaining new clients. These programmes involved sourcing project, risk, planning and commercial management training from a wide range of suppliers and partners. I have had the opportunity to deliver training for a wide range of clients many sectors including Telecommunications, Financial Services, Engineering, Construction, IT and in the third sector.I enjoy consultancy assignments and has successfully developed a competency framework for Network Rail and the remote handling specialists Strachan and Henshaw. I have facilitated risk reviews for e-commerce projects at Orange, construction projects at Carillion, the IT rollout at court service and new train developments at Metronet. Working alongside the Boston Consulting Group, Paul has also provided support to the merger of Bayer Diagnostics, Diagnostic Products Corporation and Siemens Medical Division.
