Senior Scrum Master
Current- Continuing org transition to Agile mindset through adoption of company principles- Working with Dev, HR and Operations teams on adopting and utilizing Agile-based values and principles- Helping teams uncover ways to improve through honest self-reflection and inspection- Embracing transparency and focus around company, team, individual and product goals- Creating and facilitating Agile workshop for dev and non dev (HR, Operations, Finance) teams- Working directly with CEO on creating an Employee Growth Framework- Working with teams and departments to create role growth progression relevant to those teams- Acting as a "Recruitment Coach" to streamline and facilitate hiring processes for various departments (Dev, IT, Sales, Marketing, etc)- Facilitating and coaching on creation of Roadmaps for various departments- Conducting performance development, conflict resolution sessions and progressive discipline- Utilizing NVC (non-violent communication) framework in daily interactions- Leading and implementing Helpdesk setup for HR and Operations teams- Helping align individual needs with corporate values- Empowering teams to be self-organized- Driving initiatives on organizational change starting with leadership- Personal and team coaching- Fully remote / hybrid / in-office
