The goal is to strike a balance between having sufficient inventory levels to meet customer needs without having a surplus  Develop material costs forecasts or standard cost lists.  Ensure about Demand and Supply functions including performance of related key performance indicators (KPIs) and use of root cause analysis (RCA) to improve the KPI  Market trend monitoring for all commodities.  SLA monitoring on each level and converting to MIS for better output  Monitor supplier performance to assess ability to meet quality and delivery requirements.  Monitor forecasts and quotas to identify changes or to determine their effect on supply chain activities.  Meet with suppliers to discuss performance metrics, to provide performance feedback, or to discuss production forecasts or changes.  Implement new or improved supply chain processes.  Collaborate with other departments, such as store, operations, and quality assurance, to identify or qualify new suppliers.  Develop or implement procedures or systems to evaluate or select suppliers.  Analyse information about supplier performance or procurement program success.

Key Areas: Handling the Group of Companies Supply chain activity’s & direct reporting to Group G.M  Controlling all direct & indirect purchase supply chain until end to end (P2P) basis  Daily completion of processing of requisition within SLA  Develop, implement and evaluate entire supply chain strategies for the management and delivery of supply chain functions.  Planning, Monitoring & maintaining all group company’s each department wise import & export shipments for the smooth delivery of goods & service.  Adept in exploring and developing new markets in sourcing products for revenue growth as well as developing marketing plans and identifying customers.  Develop and implement risk management strategies, managing high‐risk procurement projects and deliverables  Demonstrated abilities in developing long‐term internal teams & partnerships with & sub‐contract agreements with overseas & domestic vendors: managing day‐to‐day correspondence with them from placing order till receipt of shipment as well as evaluating their performance to ensure meeting of service, cost, delivery and quality norms  Proven skills in negotiating with a track record for reducing costs, improving profits and improvising the purchasing programs to meet corporate objectives.  Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills with demonstrated abilities in customer relationship management as well as handling of a multi‐national workforce.  Familiar with Dubai trade, Customs, Dubai Municipality, Ministry Of Economy, Ministry Of Environment, FANR, SIRA  Aim to save 15% on Annual volume through negotiation, alternatives and by the adding the value engineering to reduce the cost. Finalization of order as per the budget cost / processing the order / closed monitoring for the delivery & materials up to endusers satisfaction.  Resourceful in making effective use of analytical tools in support of the strategic sourcing process, procurement cost.

Key Areas:  Overseeing and leading a team of purchaser for carrying out the Procurement activity, from issue of RFQ to finalization of thePurchase orders / Sub Contracts, and post order expediting till completion of all the obligations of the Purchase Orders / SubContracts, for high value / critical items and services.  Involved in procurement activities related to multi thousand dollar orders for materials and services of critical and long lead items for Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation and Civil items/disciplines and Sub Contracts.  Ensuring timely floating of Request for Quotations, Obtaining offers, Ensuring Technical evaluation of the offers, Commercial evaluation of the offers, Negotiation of price‐delivery‐commercial terms, and finalization of orders for various items including but not limited to Gas / Instrument Air Compressor packages, Glycol Dehydration package, Propane Refrigeration system, Air Coolers, Heat Exchangers, PLC/ SCADA system, Metering skids, UPS, Pressure Vessels, Cables , Switchgears , Transformers, UPS Systems, Separators , GRP / CS / SS pipes , Fittings, Motor Operated Valves, Control valves, Rubber Bellows, Cranes , Pumps, Air Compressors, Passive Cooled Shelters, Electrical and Instrumentation bulk items and all Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation spar and capital items  Post order follow up, monitoring, of drawings, documents, materials and inspection with suppliers, client and Engineering. Interacting with Client and Project Site Management on a regular basis.  Undertaking expediting visits to works of suppliers locally and abroad for the ordered materials for ensuring timely delivery.Work out corrective action in co‐ordination with the supplier and sub suppliers, monitoring and implementation.  Organizing logistics and shipment of the materials to site using various modes of transport i.e., sea, air and road. Liaison with Engineering team, Clients, Vendors, Inspection agencies.
