Current* Specifications (BOM- Bill of Materials) preparing based on new query.* Finalize pricing through Accounts Department (Costing).* After receiving PO (purchase order) from export sales, verifying prices with other all requirements like testing and PSI.* After Developing sample, all the update relevant documents collection from development department (R &D) and preserve for further step.* After receiving RM calculation file, will check and send to accounts then accounts send it to SCM .* Confirm all spare PI- Proforma Invoice and place the order to SCM- Supply Chain Management.All RAW Spec, drawing, packing information send to development team.* Development team work on it and send all updated information to Operation as per sample.Update spec as per correction by R & D team and circulate them to production floor.* Follow up mold developing work with Research and Development team.* Follow up RAW materials with PMC- Production Material Control.* Follow up spare parts with SCM.* Follow up production schedule with planning department.* Follow up new sample with Research and Development team.* Follow up Mass production.
