• Guiding the club board in preparing the annual budget before the start of the fiscal year.• Coordinating the collection and disbursement of money.• Receiving and promptly depositing all funds paid to the club.• Disbursing funds as directed by the club president.• Maintaining the club’s financial accounts and records.• Reconciling cash accounts on a monthly basis.• Providing a monthly financial report to the executive committee.• Compiling an annual financial summary of income and expenditures for the annual club meeting.• Making club records available upon request.

• Assisting the president and treasurer of the club• Maintaining and creating varieties of forms, records and reports• Expediting new member requests and keeping member records up-to-date• Attending and Organizing all (Quarter and Annual) club meetings
