Passionate development enthusiast committed to fostering strong leadership skills for young minds. As a Teach For Bangladesh Fellow, I dedicated two years to an underserved government primary school in Chattogram, educating 66 students in Grade 4 and 41 students in Grade 5 following SEL, blended learning, and play-based learning. My efforts extended beyond the classroom, including the implementation of two capstone projects and the facilitation of 20 sessions on blended learning, health, climate, and online safety, all aimed at the comprehensive development of the student. My tenure boasted a commendable monthly attendance rate and an impressive learning growth in Mathematics and English. A systemic thinker dedicated to promoting equity for all, I am actively seeking a career that allows me to work with young minds to implement the Theory of Change.
