The first press release publishing and media management project was the launch of Millennium Development Goals in Pakistan. The International Conference on MDGs was organized by the National Commission for Human Development at Serena Hotel, Islamabad.Immediate after that, officially entered into the field of public relations and started writing PRs, articles, interviews, scripts, speeches, press release publishing, organizing talk shows on TV and Radio, inviting TV channels crew at the events, networking with journalists, programs hosts, producers, editors, reporters and desk incharge.In order to establish customers networking with journalists, organized different networking events, engaging press clubs members, newspapers, TV Channels & Radio.Adopted fair management approach to meet the requirements of customers and media houses, which enabled to develop constant relationship with media and customers.Over the years, strengthened content review skills to get the guaranteed publishing of press release, article, feature and interview in target newspapers, websites, magazines, etc.Aimed to promote the initiatives of customers in the field and operations, engaged TV Channels reporting teams and developed short news packages highlighting key interventions & impact, sound bites by officials and other important facts.To effectively play the role of communication between the institutions (customer & media), gained knowledge through trainings on communications skills, content writing, audio-visual productions, customer satisfaction, etc. from leading institutions like IBA and LUMS.Also, developed ability to translate content from English to Urdu and Urdu to English with self-composing ability for better and quick results.Excelled in the field of PR and publishing with tremendous results and impactful campaigns in 16 years of journey. Along with this, solved many untoward crisis situations between customers and media. The majority of my clientele is from development sector, humanitarian organizations, academic institutions, human rights organizations, etc. Passionate about promoting development interventions of the corporate and non-government organizations through multi-pronged tools and techniques.
