Through my working experience I have the knowledge and experience of implementing the IFRS and IAS standards; subsequently, I have successfully implemented the IFRS 9, a tool for measuring ECL for Banks. As a Financial Controller I have coordinated and succeeded to reduce the operating cost by 20% in a calendar year, which has resulted over 3mn US Dollar saving for my institution. In, addition I have developed 1) an Operating income plan to enhance revenue from treasury investments with loan financings and streamline the costs. 2) a Capital contingency plan to safeguard financial stability to prevent liquidity issues. Meanwhile, ability to manage the team and increase the human resource efficiency strategically has proven my leadership skill.In my role as a Budgeting, Planning and Reporting Manager I was able to prove my skills in management reporting, monitoring & minimizing financial risk/cost, business analysis and improving financial and accounting processes. In addition to that I was preparing the audited financial statements and coordinating the process with external auditors.
