Responsible for annual credit review and monthly exposure report to IFS Singapore.Credit review including post financing facilities such as Invoice Factoring, Industrial Hire Purchase (IHP), Letter of Credit and Bank Guarantee to client primarily insecurity, maintenance, construction, manufacturing, and information technology (IT) industries.• Analyse financial information including balance sheet, income statement, cashflow, ageing reports and other personal and credit data determine the creditworthiness of applicant through Central Credit Reference Information System (CCRIS), Credit Tips-Off Service (CTOS), Company Commission of Malaysia (CCM), Refinitiv World Check and MYEG Bankruptcy & Liquidation Report.• Kept up to date with financial news and trends to inform credit risk assessments.• Identified and suggested ways to structure proposals to increase approvals andmaximise risk and reward.• Analysed and assessed financial statements and credit history of existing and potentialclients.• Coordinate with Business Development Executive; Verification and cross-referenceall document including legal and security documentation and Operations Departmentto ensure smooth disbursement process.• Coordinate with Operation Department an any possible non-performing loan basedon the collection receive and ageing report. Operation Department to update credit note more than 50% for Credit Risk to come out with the best solution for both IFS and client.• Monitor client credit limit by using report in Salesforce system and ensure all the limit are not exceed as per approved and as per mentioned in Letter of Offer.• Carry out preliminary audit, verification and inspection at client premise together with Operation Department Team to ensure client is a real business and all the conditions has been followed by client before disbursement been made.

• Prepare payment transaction and invoice.• Prepare interest income and outstanding balance schedule.• Perform other ad hoc duties as per assigned from time to time.• Ensure filling and documentations are properly recorded, updated and easily retrieve.• Helping manager to prepare slide for presentation.

• Prepared client documentations.• Record client’s transactions using UBS system and make sure all transactions details are properlykept and records accordingly.• Prepared for client’s full set of accounts.• Responsible in reconciliation of bank statement.• Learn audit documentation and report.
