I joined the company when the product hadn't yet been launched and the EXBI.trade team was assembled to help with organizational design. They worked in a departmental format: frontend team, backend team, design team, and QA team. There was no trust between departments, no transparency of results and goals, and no focus on quality.I will describe the process of working with the organization:- Analysis of existing structure, weaknesses and strengths, transformation plan- Training of the entire organization in the Scrum Framework and LeSS Framework (Found Volunteers through training and further debriefing in the Lean Coffee format)- Creating a Compilation Map / Product Star Map(Provided conditions for teams to form on their own)- Formation of Definition of Done for the entire product- Helping with forming the Definition of Done(Formation of Product Goals, Strategy, Mission, Optimization Goal)- Help with organizational design(We worked at LeSS)- Product Owner Coaching(Backlog prioritization, metrics handling, business goal creation, design thinking)- Backlog shaping for the Product(Selection of tools for the Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog and Information Radiators)- Launch of the product team and teams(Formed a team identity: each team has a Name, Purpose, and Rules, laying the foundation for a culture of taking responsibility)- Created sustainable feedback loops (Planning, Daily, Review, Retrospective)- Facilitation for 30+ people- Agile Leader/Management training and coaching (management 3.0, where Agile is useful, maturity model, EBM, Delegation poker, Goal setting, Role of management in LeSS)- Organizational training and coaching (best practices, scrum patterns, assessment, feedback, swarming

I came to Mighty Buildings as a confident and experienced Scrum Master. I came at a time when Scrum was scaling into the Nexus framework. And it was the right choice because in hardware the component teams are working on a single product. I helped with the launch of Nexus, and worked as Scrum Master on the Nexus Integration Team. I joined the company almost at the start when the company chose to move to the Scrum framework.- Started teams from scratch or restarted existing ones working in project development.- Developed the launch of a Scrum Team, in several stages, I will definitely show you if you are interested.- Conducted over 30 Scrum Trainings, and after leaving Agilix consulting agency, rewrote the entire training content and am still improving it empirically.- I've launched the Backend and QA communities of practice, as well as the Scrum Master community launched by another colleague of mine.- I create and run workshops on feedback, estimates, scrum value and Norms of conduct, DoD and Ready, how to split PBI, and Cynefin Framework.- Coached software on building the Discovery process, working with the 3 amigo approach, and working with the roadmap.- Guided, trained, and coached the organization in all things Scrum.- Facilitated events for 50+ people, with liberating structures, offline and online of course.

I was interviewed and hired by Agile Couch.My first task was to help two teams complete the scrum transformation.After 2 months, I was left as the only carrier of agile practice knowledge in the entire company.I was involved in:facilitating meetings;conducting events;removing obstacles that hinder the development team's progress;training teams in using different Agile approaches and practices;Building confidence and respect within the teams;mentoring teams and encouraging them to continuous improvement.Participating in the development of processes at the company level. I joined the company as a user support:- My job was to manage the English-speaking helpdesk. The criterion for success was achieving > 70% user happiness.- I improved and partially automated the support process. Support is much faster, the load is less and the user happiness level is steadily high.- I have helped to set clear criteria for customer support success and user happiness.I immediately got involved in searching and testing applications for the service/shop and completely revamped the process:- Increased the number and quality of apps (there were 40, rarely updated and sometimes not working apps, became 130 always fresh apps)- Managed a whole group of English-speaking beta testers (their selection and management)- Reworked the entire app update processI also helped with the marketing team:- Launched email newsletters- Finding/Communicating/Connecting partners- Conducted Customer Development research (written and verbal), shaped marketing experiments based on results- Conducted corridor testsHelped the team with iterative tasks: running experiments in Google Optimize, collecting analytics (Google Analytics) of experiment results, compiling reports on partners, and uploading this data into documents and DataStudio.
