I joined the company when the product hadn't yet been launched and the EXBI.trade team was assembled to help with organizational design. They worked in a departmental format: frontend team, backend team, design team, and QA team. I came to Mighty Buildings as a confident and experienced Scrum Master. I came at a time when Scrum was scaling into the Nexus framework. And it was the right choice because in hardware the component teams are working on a single product. I helped with the launch of Nexus, and worked as Scrum Master on the Nexus Integration Team. I joined the company as a user support:- My job was to manage the English-speaking helpdesk. The criterion for success was achieving > 70% user happiness.- I improved and partially automated the support process.
