The current position involves providing professional services in building design, planning and project management in the residential and commercial sector.Duties are:*Source projects and network with existing and potential clients.*Prepare feasibility reports for real-estate investment projects. *Co-ordinate & manage the design development & local authority documentation process, liaise with authorities for development permit, building permit & occupancy permit application.*Co-ordinate & manage the production of construction drawings and contract documentation.*Liaise with the client throughout the design development and construction documentation phases of the project.*Contract administration-liaise with the contractor, attend site meetings, respond to requests for information from the contractor, issue architects instructions and clarifications, verify change orders, review shop drawings, perform site inspections, prepare site reports & record site progress and prepare defect /deficiency list.*Structure joint venture real-estate investment projects in the residential sector.

Functioned as a team member of the ‘Planning Implementation Division’ which is responsible for the development of key strategic sites in the city of Oxford, UK. Duties:-Liase with external government bodies in obtaining statistical data, land-use plans, environmental regulations, etc on key development sites.-Co-ordinate between internal departments in achieving the planning objectives of selected development sites.-Assist the planning implementation team in preparing sub-regional spatial planning strategies and urban design guide lines.-Preparation and presentation of reports for senior planners on sustainable development initiatives on key development sites in Oxford.-Assist in the development & contents of the web-page of the County Council related to key projects in the city of Oxford.
