About Nazeer Gari Mba, Cicm™

With an MBA in Executive Leadership and a degree in Engineering, I have successfully developed and implemented strategic plans to embed a Kaizen culture across the ALJ organization.In my previous role, I initiated several Kaizen (continuous improvement) activities that resulted in over a quarter of a million Riyals in cost savings for my division. I was also selected to work with Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC) in Japan on two occasions, spending two years on each assignment. My first assignment focused on creating lean processes and organizational improvements, while my second assignment aimed to enhance Human Resources activities and sales in the Middle East. I deepened my knowledge and experience, which I subsequently transferred back to ALJ Associates. Upon my return from my first assignment, I created ALJ’s warehouse manual, achieving approximately 14 million Riyals in cost savings. During my second assignment, I developed the internal communication structure and proposed the necessary competencies, performance management systems, and promotion policy. I also established the manpower planning structure for the company.Throughout my career at ALJ, I have supported executives and middle management in achieving their annual targets through Hoshin Kanri (Policy Deployment), Toyota Business Practices (8 Steps in Problem Solving), and OJD (On-the-Job Development).
