Working on Medical Information System:• UX/UI design for an integrated medical information system covering both segments: inpatient care and outpatient services in the polyclinic;• Designed an intuitive user interface for an automated document creation and management system (Document Builder) to simplify the process of generating, editing and approving documents;• Developed adaptive design for mobile and web versions of the system, taking into account the specifics of working in the environment of medical institutions;• Worked closely with developers, testers and medical experts to achieve optimal functionality and user experience.

• Conducted UX research by ideating hypotheses and testing them using qualitative methods for UX courses ”Dizainger School”. Results helped to identify needs of target audience and led up to 20 purchases of the course itself from scratch.• Reduced the time of car loan processing to half an hour completely online through FaceID detection technology and designing other products of the company such as Personal Account, Car history, etc. — NDA, 98k+ views on video of the product on YouTube.• Provided Thinking aloud moderated Usability test to understand user’s experience of banking B2B app which provides the sale of social goods through POS terminals.• Conducted Design audits for largest banks of Kazakhstan, e.g. Jusan and Forte, company that monitors reports of loans, and other applications, such as EasyGo and Heroes Journey, which contributed to user interfaces designs improvement.• Organized Design System that helped to make developers’ working processes clear and more structured.• Constructed low and high fidelity wireframes.• Made prototypes presented for stakeholders.
