I handle a team of 18 – 20 members which consists of different collaborators like stylists, therapists, pedicurist, nail technician, etc.One of my key roles as a Salon Manager has been managing the appointment calendar while also addressing the walk-in clients making sure that all have a great experience while getting their needs completed.Building and maintaining client relations has been a key role as it was the driving reason that helped the brand retain a lot of customers over time.All queries be it creative or technical are handled by me.Maintaining the daily accounts of in-flow and expenses of the salon has been another key operational factor while reporting to the founder on a day on day basis about revenue generated and expenses incurred.Scheduling and planning offers/giveaways with respect to demands under seasonal timings and off-season timings is also driven by me.Over my work experience in this organization, I have successfully managed to set up and grow 3 branches across Mumbai Subarban.Setting higher targets and making sure that the monthly revenue generation is always on an upscale comes hand in hand with running the entire show of the salon.

Admin work at this organization majorly consisted of handling on-call and walk-in queries along with all consultation and counseling of all offered courses.Maintaining and planning daily schedule of classes and practice sessions.Coordination and planning between availability of trainers/stylists and students, thus making sure that all demands and needs are met.Planning and organizing workshops for anyone and everyone which helped is higher enrollment in the academy.

Driving sales across different outlets of the brandConducting trial sessions for interested customers thus generating customer interaction which helped in driving the salesWorked and managed to grow 4 outlet locations of the brand across Mumbai
