Reflecting on my 25-year journey as an educator, I am filled with profound gratitude for the privilege of influencing the lives of adolescents and witnessing their growth first-hand. Every interaction, every moment shared with these young minds has left an indelible mark on my own journey of learning and discovery.In the classroom, I have strived not only to impart knowledge but also to foster a nurturing environment where students feel valued, inspired, and empowered to reach their full potential. Whether through passionate discussions, collaborative projects, or one-on-one mentoring sessions, I have endeavoured to ignite the spark of curiosity within each student, encouraging them to explore, question, and think critically about the world around them.But beyond the textbooks and lesson plans, it is the relationships forged with my students that have truly shaped my experience as an educator.
