• Develop and implement Early Childhood Development lesson plans for children to develop their social, emotional, physical & intellectual skills, employing the Montessori apparatus. • Provide a nurturing & stimulating environment to facilitate the children’s growth, exploration and participation. • Maintain a clean and safe classroom environment for children. • Hold discussions to improve vocabulary & communication skills. • Read to children, and teach them simple painting, drawing, handicrafts and songs for aesthetic and creative development. .• Develop schedules and routines to ensure that children have enough physical activity, rest, and playtime.• Organize & participate in cultural activities with the children.• Observe the children and interpret their needs. • Treat all children unconditionally and with the same level of importance. • Maintain an efficient & regular communication & coordination with parents on their progress. • Monitor, evaluate and optimize the progress of children on a regular basis. • Engage children in creative & divergent thinking, and integrated/interdisciplinary learning experiences. • Help the child to collaborate and interact with other children in the class while sharing & helping each other. • Be a dynamic link between children & the prepared environment. • Facilitate communication among the children while helping them learn to communicate their thoughts to adults. • Conduct research on best classroom practices and develop strategies.• Develop a strong & friendly relationship with the children.• Keep records on individual basis, including daily observations and information about activities, meals served, and medications.
