• Perform silt trap water sample for monitoring, supervise noise, air and vibration monitoring and submit environmental monitoring report to JKR, assist in preparing for proper record keeping of all environmental records and compliance.• Monitor and ensure construction site apply the best management practices (BMPs) according in EMP report, ensure environmental protection, erosion and sediment control and pollution control are enforced.• Liaised with authority such as JKR, local authority, KPDNKK and others for on-site work purpose.• Good communication skills with site team and general worker especially with foreign worker in giving good instructions to conduct work effectively.• Assist in regular inspections, advise project teams on proper maintenance of BMPs at site and liaise with sub-contractor in preventing potential environmental pollution such as oil spillage accident, chemical storage and handling, housekeeping, open burning etc.• Manage data in spreadsheets, organize and schedule meetings and carry out clerical duties, including preparing official letters and documents.• Attend safety meeting and site meeting with JKR, consultant and other authorities.
