Main responsibilities:• Perform repairs on various electronics, including laptops, desktops and other electronic devices.• Diagnose hardware and software issues, troubleshoot problems. Develop solutions to repair the devices.• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining open communication with clients and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.• Provide estimates and quotes to customers, and communicate pricing and repair options clearly and professionally.• Oversee daily operations of the repair shop, including managing staff and ordering supplies.• Maintain accurate records of repairs, inventory, and other important business information.• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends, and make necessary adjustments to ensure the business remains competitive and profitable.• Manage and maintain the physical space, including equipment and tools, to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors to ensure timely delivery of parts and supplies.• Research and evaluate new tools and technologies to enhance the repair shop's capabilities and efficiency.• Manage the repair shop's website and social media channels, ensuring that they are up-to-date, accurate, and engaging.• Maintain a positive and professional image for the business by conducting oneself with integrity, honesty, and respect for customers and employees.
